CIVITAS Citizens Inc. D.B.A. CIVITAS, is a not-for-profit community-based organization that focuses on contextual Planning and Zoning, Historic Landmarks Preservation, efficient Transportation, improving our built environment, and waterfront access along the Esplanade.
With your help, CIVITAS can continue its work addressing citizen's concerns for the quality of urban life in Manhattan's Upper East Side and East Harlem neighborhoods along the East River.
