An Emmy award-winning producer and former programming executive specializing in Olympic and international sports, Robin Rivera has worked as a consultant in the areas of television programming, rights acquisitions, sports event planning, and public relations, as well as a researcher and writer for several television projects. Currently, Robin is responsible for marketing, client relations, booking, accounting and personnel at Digital Laundry, a creative and production services company in East Harlem that she and her husband founded. In addition, her excellent writing skills are called upon daily for scripts and proposals generated by Digital Laundry’s sister production company, The Fresh Bread Group. Fluent in French, Spanish and Italian, she often works as a freelance translator and editor of texts by non-native English speakers.

Robin’s longstanding commitment to volunteerism is evident in her past membership of the boards of the West Side YMCA, Grosvenor Neighborhood House and New York Youth at Risk, as well as her participation in the Playground Partners of the Central Park Conservancy and various benefit committees. A former Community Vice President of the New York Junior League, she sat on that organization’s Board of Managers for four years and was selected to receive its highest honor, Outstanding Volunteer, in 1998.
